This years ALL MULE RODEO promises to be one of the highlights of the year.
Rodeo events to include Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Steer Dobbin, Team Roping, Team Penning,
Wild Cow Milking, Breakaway Roping ,Pack Scramble, Saddle Mule Race and Bull Riding.

RODEO ENTRY: No call-in entries will be accepted (except for Bull Riding).
Rodeo entry forms must be received no later than Friday, June 6, 2008 at 12:00 noon. Waivers must accompany rodeo application. All Bull Riders on Friday, June 6, 2008.

EVENTS: |

Pack Scramble - (Entry Fee $20.00 per team)
A chaotic fun timed event. Anyone who has ever packed a mule in the high county has had to deal with a wreck.
This event is limited to four 2-man teams with 2 mules / or 1 horse and one mule. Contestants will be required to
pack a 4" x 10' PVC, hoe, shovel, straw, bucket, 2 blocks of salt, bed roll, tarp (and maybe a few other things added)
on the mule. Make one run around arena, best time wins. Deductions for lost items.
Bull’n The Rockies Bull Riding - (Entry Fee $75.00)
Rider takes his chances on a wild bucking bull. Rider must not touch the bull or himself with his off hand
for a total of 8 seconds.
Barrel Racing – (Entry Fee $20.00)
Start from the starting line and make the fastest time turning a clove leaf pattern around three barrels in
the arena and return across the starting line.
Pole Bending – (Entry Fee $20.00)
Start from the starting line, run to the end of the last pole, turn and weave through all poles, at the end turn
and weave back through the poles, turn and return across the starting line. Penalty of 5 seconds for any
pole knocked down.
Steer Dobbin – (Entry Fee $20.00) – Divisions – 13 years and younger and 14 years and older.
Start from the starting line, rider chases steer down from the chute as if you were bulldogging - only in this event we will furnish you a two foot dobbing pole and contestant will be required to mark the steer on the left front shoulder.
Team Roping – (Entry Fee $20.00) (2 person team - enter 2 times)
Start from the starting line, rope a steer by the head or horns, turn him off and the healer ropes the two hind
feet. Once both mules are facing the steer with ropes pulled tight, time will be flagged.
Team Penning – (Entry Fee $20.00) (4 per team)
Saddle Mule Race – (Entry Fee $25.00 per person) (5 per heat)
Quarter track.
Wild Cow Milking – (Entry Fee $30.00) (3 person team)
There will be a header, healer and a milker. All teams will be turned into the arena at the same time. All
cows will be released at the same time and the first team to head and heal their cow, tackle, stop long
enough to milk her and cross the finish line with milk in their cup will win the event.
Breakaway Roping – (Entry Fee $20.00)
